Getting started

1. Your office manager invites you – you'll get an email from ParcelSort.
2. Install ParcelSort on your iPhone (during the pilot through Apple's TestFlight, using the link you're given).
3. Open it and sign in with the email you were invited with. We email you a short code – no password.

Common questions

I didn't get a code. Check your junk or spam folder, wait a minute and tap “Send a new code”. Make sure you use the exact email you were invited with.

It says I haven't been invited. Ask your office manager to invite that email address.

It says my access is suspended or all licences are in use. Contact your office manager or company admin.

A street shows the wrong route. Tell your office manager – they can correct the office catalog in the app, and every phone in the office gets the change.
